He will obtain them and master them all, and righting all of the injustices he encounters along the way.

Appearance: Long unruly Black hair that hangs down to his waist, crimson red eyes, light tan skin, and a thin yet muscular frame. He is constantly seen carrying a sword whose blade alone measures about 5 feet in length, with a hilt that is a little over a foot and a half long.

Combat Profile

General Fighting Style: Ryuken tends to combine either single or dual wielding swords with his ability to control the wind to extend his attacks and strike at a foe who might have thought they evaded the blow.
Devil Fruit or No Fruit: Toppu Toppu no Mi (Gust Gust Fruit) - Paramecia - Gives the user the ability to manipulate gusts of wind and air currents from gentle breezes to massive gusts that can stop Cannon Balls mid air, and even send them flying back at their source. The user can also compress the wind into blades, bullets, and other sorts of attacks.

This fruit will eventually evolve into the logia fruit Kaze Kaze no Mi, where its powers will grow and the consumer will become the wind itself.
